Nike + Watch

My wonderful, sexy, loving and supportive husband bought me this Nike + Watch this weekend.  Just because I wanted it. 
So I had to go on a run to try it out.  Love it! Yes I do!
I have been keeping up with my running and doing my T25 workouts with my daughter.   I feel so much better when I workout and stick with it.  Makes me feel so accomlpished. 
Today is Monday and it is going to be an amazing day!  I can feel it! Toodles!

My Favorite Place to Run

I love running in the cemetery.  It is peaceful and serene.  And there isnt alot of traffic to worry about.
Tonight was an ok run.  I had a hard time and really had to push myself.  I know it was my diet for the day. 
Tomorrow I am starting T25 along with my running.  I really want to do the workouts every day!

T25

Caytlin and I started the T25 workout tonight.  Kicked our butts because we didn't wait long enough after we ate.  Lesson learned!  Tomorrow night i run!

Keeping it up!

Did day 2 of week 3 on the Zombie 5K app.  Felt really good. I did horrible on my eating.  Ate every bad thing in site!  I was surprised I could run without throwing up!  But I am blaming it on being hormonal and menstrual. 
The weather was very nice and cool.  I feel amazing!

Nothing much to post today.  It was a lazy Monday.  I did get out and do my evening run.  I had a green smoothie for breakfast and will have my anti-inflammatory smoothie tonight. Peace!

Running in the Rain

I just love running in the rain.  Something about it takes you back to your childhood!  Running and splashing in the puddles of water!  It is quite rejuvenating! 
I am going to go ahead and post my beginning weight.  Drum roll please.............183 lbs.  Eek!

1st Run

Did my first run using the Zombie 5k app.  Felt good after running.  I ate a bowl of raisin bran for supper.  Not the best choice.  I will have a green smoothie for breakfast.

To New Beginnings

Today I am starting a blog about my journey to better health.  I love running but haven't really gotten into it like I want.  It is a mental thing with me.  I can talk myself out of pretty much anything!  What is up with that?
Well things are going to be different from here on out!

I want to post pics daily of my journey.  I cant wait for the pics I love and am proud of!! 
My youngest sister, Teresa, is one of my biggest motivators.  She is fit as a fiddle.  Yes, I am jealous!!  But I CAN do this!  I just have to change how I think about eating and fitness.  I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me!  YES I CAN!
